Our business hours are from Monday to Saturday. We are closed on Sundays and all major holidays.

Whether you choose to stay or leave your home while the cleaners work is entirely up to you. Our cleaners are Police-checked, so you're in safe hands. You can choose to leave a key or code for the cleaner to enter the house.

We send a single-person team member when the jobs are small. For bigger jobs, it's usually two people.

Yours truly service will provide all the necessary tools and supplies for home cleaning, However, if you would prefer for the cleaners to use your equipment or products, then they would be perfectly happy to do so.

Depending on the size and condition of your home and the service that you requested. if you add any extras then that will also add time to your job. The minimum callout fee covers up to 2 hours of labor.
